would love to hear your insight on the more sinister version of early repolarization (malignant ) - i know its an emerging science but always fascinated to watch your videos!
This reminded me of one of those schlocky memes of a ECG with something along the lines "If it stopped would you miss me?" Whoever did the ECG apparently never understood them. It looked like a RBB and the T wave was almost on the QRS itself.
Sinus rhythm means your heart are beating at the normal and regular rhythm generated by the sinus node. However, at the same time that beats in the normal rhythm, it presents an early repolarization in the ventricles. This can be benign or malignant, but most of the time it is benign.

so what are the chances of this turning in a cardiac arrest?? I’ve recently discovered I have a cardiac arrest phobia & I’ve had early repolarization since 2016 when I got my first EKG done for a panic attack.. my EKGs look exactly the same as they did then.. I just can’t seem to shake this fear 😢

I was diagnosed with early heart repolarization, thank you for educating me!
Great ratio trick. Thanks

You are the best
You are very kind! Thanks for your support 😃
How do I learn 12 Lead ECG? Do you give out recognized certificate?
I need help. What does “sinus rhythm with early repolarization pattern” mean?
Sinus rhythm means your heart are beating at the normal and regular rhythm generated by the sinus node. However, at the same time that beats in the normal rhythm, it presents an early repolarization in the ventricles. This can be benign or malignant, but most of the time it is benign.
@@ex-fadobluezao1970 sir, how about sinus rhythm diffuse repolarization abnormality? Thank you

Hello, how about sinus bradycardia, early repolarization changes?
My ECG just showed early repolarization, currently I'm experiencing left side chest pain that feels like sqeezing. How dangerous it is? I am around 29
Early repolization phenomenon is bad symtom of the Heart?
Is it. Normal ? Or disease?
It's killed?

I have the same

Thanks for your feedback and support! 😃
Someone told me this is mostly seen in black people is this true or a lie? - this is not meant to be a rude question btw
I couldn’t make sense of this other than if there was a genetic factor to it so wondered what you thought?
How dangerous is this
In most cases it is not dangerous, but Early Repolarization has been associated with Idiopathic Ventricular Fibrillation (Cardiac Arrest).
