Say what you will about the outdated effects of the first film, but after watching this, you really do realise that stop motion has so much more charm to it. I mean, that scorpion was genuinely scary compared to this cockroach.
Yes, but it was produced earlier. Often in movie making there is a considerable gap between production and actual release. I worked on projects that took 1-3 years (after post was done) to come out, due to different reasons you have no control over.
I hate getting up close with scary-looking bugs! If I were shrunken and came face to face with any scary bug like a roach, I would've screamed nonstop like a little girl for 15 minutes! I hope this doesn't take away my good night's sleep...
You gotta admit, Eve Gordon was the perfect choice to play Dianne here because i dont think Marcia Strassman would have been able to give such a great scared as shit performance
@phantimmanor5156 yeah man. You know, fans of this movie never realized Wayne had a brother until this film. In fact, I'm fairly certain that even though Gordon seems older than Wayne, he took his time to find a girl and found one probably just a few years after Amy and Nick were born. Yep. They probably had Mitch right around the same time as Wayne and Dianne had Adam. Not to get too into detail in the lives of the Szalinski brothers. Well, the Szalinskis are quite a fine example of a film family.
Whoever made that CGI animated roach 🪳 must’ve had a strong stomach. A really strong stomach.
Matilda
I remember seeing the trailer for this movie on my Toy Story VHS. Good times 😌

I hate to say this, but I’d rather encounter a cockroach 🪳 than a scorpion 🦂. 😱😱😱
What about Diane standing in that cockroach spit?
Yep
@@OfLanceTheLonginus Huh?
@@media-reboot2967 obviously not talking to you bro
edit*: wow you are sincerely annoying. well done.
The roach decided to squish the humans.

1997, not 1995
This scared me probably more than the scorpion scene from the 1st movie 😮
A friend of mine did the scorpion in Honey 1. I won’t tell him what you said. 🤫😁

I agree. Eve Gordon and Stuart Pankin make this the best of the Honey films for me…even if it was the lowest budget.

I don't get why she couldn't just leave like everybody else through the exit
@media-reboot2967 her foot got stuck in the glue so she couldn't move and Wayne had to save her.
