This is a very beautiful sentiment but it's still not the right way to go about it...We are grown and we should know and overstand how the body functions. There were no fresh vegetables or fruit. Everything looked to be fried and oily. Not one case of bottled water! Fur real. I still eat my comfort food, but I balance it out with actual healthy foods. People can eat hushpuppies, mac and cheese, and fried chicken, but they HAVE to swap it out for a salad somedays. Drink water instead of sweet tea. And we wonder why so many of us are obese, have high blood pressure, and dying so young!
