I just wanna start off by saying your collection is amazing and I'm very impressed with the amount of ancillary merchandise beyond the cars.
I do have a few questions though.
At 3:30 what is the car to the left of Titanium as we dont get a good look at it.
At 4:20 (haha blaze it) is the Bad to the Blade custom between the RD-06 and the RD-04 with the treads ( very cool by the way) supposed to represent the drones jet?
That tampo error Bassline is so very cool. I have Drift Tech and Rollin Thunder with missing tampos. Other than that I have only ever seen Synkro and Power Rage.
@@Codiak1337 thank you so much! The car to the left is another Season 2 Drone car, just like the one on the right, however it has redesigned decals. And yes the BTTB custom was my attempt at a Drone jet. I have a little bit of cotton under it to simulate a hovering effect

11:11 that cars called "Sho Stopper but was retooled a while ago and is called "Seared Tunner" now, they used it on a lot of promo things in the 2000s, its in books, lunch boxes, towels and obviously bags. i believe it might of even been the card art for the mainline cars to

What a crazy collection! All of the unique pieces are so sweet to see, I wish I remembered seeing acceleracers in stores, but I guess I was too young! I seem to remember the acceleracers mcdonalds happy meal toys and even remember seeing one of the local mcdonalds selling one of the full displays but I was so young at the time and I could not convince my parents to buy it haha. It is always so sick to see the communities collections! Keep up the awesome content!
Duuuuude it’s funny these days if I saw a McDonald’s Acceleracers promo I’d just ask to buy all the toys outright haha

Today on 7:24, I learned the same thing. I feel like all/most projects like that have unused content.
But and to name a favorite item, probably the book bag & lunchbox. I feel like they’re either a place you can purchase, or they were just customized.
The book bag is super cool!! Would have loved to see one with all the team leader cars or something
Incredible collection! After seeing all the obscure items in this collection and in some other ones, it seems like there’s almost more obscure/lesser-known items that were released than there were mainline items, especially for the World Race releases.
Fr fr they spared no expense as far as making miscellaneous items lol - it’s funny that even with all that floating around out there I never knew the movie was a thing until Acceleracers

my grandma works at a thrift store and always brings me in some of the Hot Wheels they get, last year she bought me a near mint loose Chicane and she obviously got it for free since she works there. i honestly still cant believe it, its my only Teku car since there impossible to find here in New Zealand, luckily i do have a couple metal maniacs cars

In my "collection" i got 1 item, that i didnt see, that is a hot wheels card that contains an illustration of Deora II. Not the acceleracers card you might be thinking of, its from a "card game" which consists of 48 cards that go from 1 to 12 with 4 different types of cards: swords, gold, cup (like elegant glass cups) and wooden sticks. And i only got a deora II remaining, but its not that much of a deal honestly. Its like a drawn version of the dark blue deora II with light blue flames on the side, nothing much but i wanted to share it.
That’s pretty cool! I don’t think I’ve seen that card game before

The car on the Highway 35 book bag is Seared Tuner. I had this bag as a kid and wondered why this was the case. If its supposed to sponsor the movie, why is the copyright free model used in the video game on the front of the bag?

I guess i'm the one to let him know the yellow car on the back back was Sho Stopper/ Seared Tuner. Funcat that had to change the name from Sho Stopper due to a copyright issue and when asked for a a new name by management designer of the car Eric Tscherne jokingly said seared tuna after what he had had for lunch where it was misheard as Seared Tuner.
Ahhhhh that makes more sense lol. Sho stopper is such an awesome name though 💔 where did you hear the seared tuna bit? That’s actually hilarious
@@theacceleracershub2904 It really is a cool name and you can still pick up some versions of it still called Sho Stopper. They fetch a bit of a higher price but nothing crazy.
I originally heard about the seared tuna story from an interview where several Hot Wheels designers were being interviewed. There is also a blurb about it on Seared Tuner's enter on the wiki
