I know you did an AlumaCraft V-14 way back but man I have a 2017 V-16 and have always wanted to see you do a V-16. That was a clean build but always wished to see what kit you would use on a V-16 so I could buy and build my boat out.
@@buttdreads I’ve already built a front deck and bow plate but I used only wood. Looking to rebuild with aluminum and kit from tbnation website. Brain surgery?? That’s a good one
There is an alumacraft phantom v170 around canton ohio for 2k. It would need totally redone inside. But the hull and hard components seemed solid to me. I bet you could make a cool project out of it. But it is no tiny boat.
As for trolling .... 55lb new style autoboat. If you want it to be a show piece for charter. It won't be more or much more than the style you want on it.
I’m happy you’re bringing back the old style building series!! Can’t wait for the next video!
I love this build. Definitely lots of great ideas
I love that make and model, great boats for rebuilds.
Always love to see videos from ya… keeps me inspired to keep the building going on mine👍
I hope you do finish the pontoon boat! I thought it was the most bad ass boat so far!
I think the build going to be nice!
Nicee! Excited on this build for sure!
Very cool, looking forward to the next one👍
Looking forward to the build
It’s wild how these deteriorate so differently out West than they do in the mid Atlantic. Sun damage versus moisture damage.
