MS Dhoni Oil Painting
Hi guys! In this oil painting video I will show you how I have painted this portrait of MS Dhoni on a 12 x 16 inch canvas. I have primed the canvas with gesso before painting. I use Camel oil paint as well as Monte Marte oil paint. For the intitial layers I used hog hair brushes and starting from the second layer I used synthetic brushes for painting. Linseed oil is my all time favourite medium. Colours used in this painting: Titanium White, Ivory Black, Vermillion hue, Lemon Yellow, crimson lake, burnt umber, raw umber, Chrome yellow, cobalt blue, ultramarine blue, cadmium orange, burnt sienna
