Never heard him speak and decided to listen to him. Quite motivational young man. My respect for him has grown because of his work ethics, that he explained; his humility; his intelligence; and his desire to motivate. His outlook on life, knowing that he has a huge task of influencing the younsters and mustn't abuse it, has really helped me.
