Shuggie is a talking panda who resides at the Panda House, a restricted area at the zoo in Emilyville, California. He plays psychedelic rock on his electric guitar and lives a peaceful, relaxed life. Maya Leibowitz-Jenkins, who, like Zoey, has an affinity for animals, attempted to 'rescue' him after mistakenly thinking he was suffering in unsavory conditions but learned where he was comfortable where he was. He is voiced by CeeLo Green.
