I have two Xumo boxes one in the living room and another one in the bedroom both are working great, if you're experiencing any issues I'm pretty sure is your Internet speed the problem not the boxes, I'll definitely recommend it pretty straightforward 👌🏻
I replaced 3 cable boxes with 3 Xumos. That was an initial $180 investment. But I will know longer be paying rental on 3 boxes. That’s a savings of over $400 a year!
They're only about 20 years too late. Maybe Spectrum should fix LA's internet and put fiber everywhere. Why is internet in Hollywood, the media capital of the world, slower than Europe?
RUclips TV circumvents this with a single payment a month. The selection of channels at least in my area of California is pretty big for the price, I wonder if this device will really take off
It will aggregate the guide across all streaming apps, cable package and live TV. Say you want to see a Sean Connery movie, it will pop up movies, times and descriptions across Netflix, Charter, Prime, etc...in one answer. There is a web app like it, but way more features than Roku and Firestick.
😢 I wouldn't recommend this for my enemy let alone a friend. I've had it for less than a month and already made about 10 to 15 calls to my cable. What are the chances of getting two boxes that don't work on the regular basis. Every other Day I have to reboot it. It will arbitrary shut off if you don't hit a button every couple of hours. It tends to lose the signal more often than you blink. Spectrum stated that they fully vetted them but I think they took them to the same place people take their dogs to get fixed 😢 . Depending on the Day of the week determines if the voice commands or entering channels manually will function. My suggestion is just get a Smart TV or an antenna. By the way, searching for a real review on it is laughable

I love mine because I just bought mine on the November 17th,2023 from spectrum for $60.00.
Is this the same as the Xfinity Flex box? I know that the remote is different with the Xumo box.
I bounce around too much between channels watching sports... a streaming box service cannot handle that.
