when I was working on max 2016 I was able to control the rendering time by increasing and drecreasing the noise threshold value but now in vray 6 max 2023 I am not able to decrease the other noise values and also while doing small render , the render time is very high. In vray frame buffer, I keep 50% rendering setting but still time of rendering is high. Please help me how to control rendering time.
With Each version Vray gets faster and quirks get ironed out. So i don't think this version would be any different, so its a safe assumption to say that it will be more optimized and performance would increase
This is actually a pretty good question, but a better place for it would be the Chaos Forums. p.s. Updating your working version of Max might be a good thing to look into as you'll get quite a few upgrades that have come with the new versions.
