The locals of India are always happy to engage in conversation and are so kind, giving free food and snacks. Luke I’m curious about your restaurant kitchen tours and looking in their pots etc. I know it would be very frowned upon if you did this without permission in Aussie restaurants. Indians are the same but will like friendly people to investigate but some places they will be mad. Sabith the owner seems cool and mature. So he is ok with the investigating.
