  • Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, I was peacefully exercising my 1st Amendment Rights at the Suffolk County Traffic Violations Agency In Happauge, New York when I was confronted by security who clearly attempted to grab my camera when my back was turned. After that ordeal I spoke to Captain who related to me I was in violation of the Administrative Judge’s order and I will be held in contempt of court. A Suffolk County Sheriff Deputy arrived on the scene shortly after and tried to get me to step outside and obey the sign, when I refused he called a supervisor, it didn’t end the way they thought…Let me know your thoughts in the comments! Please be sure to hit the like button and share! it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

He brings up segregation and acts like this no filming sign is the same. Shame on him for equating legally-enforced segregation with a completely reasonable and innocuous filming policy at a court house. @@OlYables Hello officer sign enforcement. Good to see you here. Care to share what your position is with Suffolk County? As you stated, building policies do exist for a reason. Some policies, like this one, however are unconstitutional and should be stuck down if they try to unlawfully enforce them. If a judge is behind that sign, then he has acted in violation to his oath, overstepping his authority and committing an act of tyranny. It's We the People's job to hold these tyrants accountable.
Peacefully and quietly participating in the first amendment protected lawful activity of filming public servants while in the capacity of performing the jobs that We the People pay them to do in a public place that We The People fund is not causing a disturbance or stepping outside of his lawful and Constitutionally protected rights. If the public's employees react to him in a disruptive way, as they did then it's them causing the disturbance.
He brings up segregation because it's one example out of many of why we shouldn't just arbitrarily follow signs, and just because a sign is up doesn't make it constitutionally sound or legally enforceable. Just because something was within the confines of the law at one time (which this sign isn't), doesn't make it right, nor does it necessarily mean it's Constitutional. Jim Crow laws are a great example of this as they were struck down from the law due to the fact the Supreme Court found they violated the Constitution. You'd have to be being intentionally obtuse to not understand this.
Prohibiting members of the public from peacefully and quietly participating in a first amendment protected legal activity in a public space where there are no laws prohibiting them from doing so is pure tyranny. This creates a slippery slope where governments think they can make whatever signs that aren't backed by any laws to control what, when, where, and how someone can exercise their rights.
To claim such a violation of rights is "reasonable and innocuous" simply because you don't like that he has the right to do what he's doing exposes your own tyranny.
