In this programming exercise you will develop the following program
1. Use sensor 1 on the conveyor to determine if a component is tall or short (should be set to detect a tall component only).
2. Sensor 2 on the conveyer is used to start timing for either a tall or short component (should be set to detect all components).
3. Cylinder 1(cylinder further from the sensor) is operated when a tall component reaches it.
4. Cylinder 3 (cylinders closet to the sensors)is operated when a short component reaches it.
5. If the red push button is pressed the conveyer stops any timing taking place should be stopped and the content of accum held at its last value.
6. Pressing the green push button should restart the conveyer and timing if previously stopped.
7. PC45/ML PLC TRAINER USED AND ALLEN BRADLEY 1500 USED

Draw ladder diagram for 2 motor operation for
following condition
(1) Start push button starts motor M, after 10 seconds and motor M₂ after 20 seconds.
(2) When stop push button is pressed it stops M₂ and after 15 seconds M₁.

Sir is program me mujhe kuch mistake lg rha hai sir apne PB2 pr T4:0 EN se holding dia hai lekin ye program work nhi kr rha hai jb maine T4:1 EN dia to ye hold ho rha hai. Sir 2nd problem ye hai ki jb main PB2 ko ON kr rha hun to mera MOTOR and FAN to OFF ho rha hai lekin mera TIMER off nhi ho rha hai kyuki T4:0 EN and T4:1 EN se maine jo TIMER pr HOLDING di hai wo TIMER ko OFF nhi kr rha hai jiske wajah se ye reset nhi ho pa rha hai. Sir apse request hai ek bar is program ko recheck kr lijiye
