Nice Video, love to see the before and after mod videos and you didn't do a bunch of stuff all at once. This lets people see what small individual mods can do. Only thing I have left to do to my 5th Gen is port the heads, blower and Snout and maybe go with a bigger Throttle body.
I would port the heads and throttle body plenum. The LS has so many cam profiles available that can help you add a lot of power. I plan to do same to my 3UR-FE 5.7L (no cams - they don't make them). Hope to add similar power to your specs minus E85 - just 93.
I’ve read the roto fab is mostly smoke and mirrors. It would be useful to see an intake comparison between something like a K&N drop in vs stock vs rotofab
I've seen consistent ~20 rwhp gains on the boosted cars with rotofabs. Not such a big gain on natural aspirated engines unless they get cammed though. Definitely not smoke and mirrors.

Just curious why you didn't compare corrected numbers for the before and after to compensate for the temp and humidity differences, since most modern dyno's have them?
After all your mods, will that be a package to get for future owners for ZL1s ? I like the route your taking. I don’t want to add meth or switch to E-85 just to make extra gains.

I don’t think it is worth it! Cost of porting and shipping with tuning almost $ 2000 for just 30 hp! You can just sell lt4 blower for $ 2k and get used whipple 2.9 @ $ 5k it is almost the same cost with great gains!
Any idiot can bolt on performance parts...a true tuner can put them on, re-cal the ECU and extract more power and prove it on a dyno. Nice work with porting and tuning.

FBO, Stage 3 Cam, E85, 2" headers, 2.5/9.1 pulley Combo.

I liked the yellow graph better. Better tune across full power band. Had best TQ, slightly lower max HP.

Get the Magnussen it’s worth 160 hp by the time you’re done with all the porting BS it’s just about the same cost

Why not put a smaller pulley, cold air intake, and tune. This can give you approx.100 Hp!
