    Amazing! Is there a step-down as simple as this one?

    yours is much smaller. however, i can not believe it is the smallest.

    I have been playing with the HT7750 and found a way to raise the voltage to 6 Volts, but current goes down. If you wind your own coil, you can trick this circuit into lighting 12 Volt LEDs, no kidding.

      adding a voltage divider to the feedback pin?

    • @mrdovie47
      @mrdovie47 2 года назад

      @@maxxiang8746 For 12 Volts wind a second winding on the coil with one lead going to pin 2 of the HT7750. Now you will have Voltage spikes on top of the 5 Volt output from your new winding. (you may need to reverse the leads) These spikes can light a 12 Volt LED. I used a 100K pot to divide the feedback and get 6 Volts.

    Can I make some changes to the circuit to power it with lithium batery that has 3.4V to step it up to 6V ?

    FYI, 5252F chip more more efficient than this chip. And cheaper 👍🏻
