  • These are some of the 1964 (P and D) quarters that I have in my collection that I discovered have error varieties. The first variety error deals with the doubling the the Phrase in "In God we Trust" on the Obverse on the 1964P. The second variety error impacts the 1964D which have re-punched mint marks on the Reverse (D over D). I would grade these coins between an AU50 and MS60 range. Thanks for Watching!

Nice coins. Insane amount of doubling on the first. What's with that "T" that may be something special. Thanks.

Is it possible for you to look at my 1964 D quarter to estimate it's worth?

Hello Ms Williams. First, Thank you for stopping by my channel and watching the video! Based on the info that I know, the 1964D total mintage was 704,135,528 coins, which was the highest mintage (for a circulated 90% silver coin) of the 60s. With that being said, if your coin has visible scratches and wear, it is more likely to be worth between $6-11 dollars (G4 - AU50) since it's 90% silver and $13-20 dollars(MS60 - MS65) based on condition). if you want to send a photo of your coin, you can send it to my email address: rvburncoins@gmail.com.
      Hope that helped!
