How do you get two charges of tip the scales at the beginning? I've been popping it before the key is activated like DHs pop meta but it always puts it on CD after my first use?
Do you pop it before you even enter the dungeon or something? Thanks!
Yes, the key start resets the cooldown.
@@theroburnsalive that's so weird it hasn't been working for me. I used to main dh and used meta the same way all the time so I know I'm doing it right
@@Vooz_WoW just did the key and tip of the scales do really reset. I even when out oud instance and back and still had it up.
Yes you pop it before and you keep the buff when key start, and cd is reset since its a 2 min cooldown
I have 2 questions that pop in my head while watching. First question: do you use Azure Strike? Because I don't see it in the bars. Second question: Where can I find your UI?

Yes I use azure strike when im in dragonrage and i have no essence left / when i have to move or cancel a cast to move so i can get the free damage of an azure strike !
And my UI is Shadowed unit frame for nameplates and Afenar Evoker weak aura that i changed a bit ! And a bunch of different weak aura / addons such as omnicd to track interrupts and CDs on the left of party nameplates

I know this is old but how did you use insta casted empowered spells twice? in 1 instance
Sorry for the late answer, i use tip the scale before key begins so i get the spell back while still having the buff so when i use fire breath empower i can press tip the scale right after using the spell made instant with tip the scales
