Hi, I have a problem with the latest version of this tool. I don't have the connect to device option on the left. I use the IPS/S3.1.1 interface and it's recognized in bottom left of the tool window. So I can't connect to my ABB Dali interface.
Is there any solution for this or a known problem?

Before you unzip the application right Mouseklick -> propertys-> a windows opens: in the first page very bottom uncheck the box(i think it says something about security scan/propertys) -> press ok and then unzip the ibus tool.
After full day of frustration and talking to 20+ people , the last guy immediately knew the issue.. he said it was because of windows defender.. this was almost a year ago and still not fixed..

@@RaeZax You are an absolute legend!
This has been plaguing me for a month, I would see the tutorial at 7:00 with the option to 'connect to device' or 'demo' and my application would just... NOT HAVE IT THERE.
It was baffling and there was no way to figure out what was going on! So thank you so much man.
For anyone who may come along, my resolve was slightly different.
For myself I had to go into the properties folder, and on the first page at the bottom just like Julez9333 said it would be, there was a box.
For myself if you tick the box, it would 'unblock' it.
So for anyone who finds this in the future, try ticking or unticking that box to see what works for you.
It's like someone telling you to log in and there's no where to put your password. But when you watch a tutorial, it already has the password box ready for you to type it in.
