Spinner not working. Only Rotating one side and jam on rotating other side. Pls let me know the solution

It doesn't work in that way..
• Check the Wiring of timer and motor.
• Check the Motor is Free from both side ( Manually)
• Open Back Panel and Observe the rotation.
• Mention More Specific.
