I have vibration coming from mine. Super atv warrantied it once but the other one they sent me vibrates the same way. I wouldn't recommend that shaft after my experience with them. I should have gone with the oem cv style shaft. I'll be making another video about the prop shafts at some point soon.
Every time I see your Ranger I kick myself for not buying the one that was up here for $16k that was a crew cab HighLifter edition with a 6” lift and 32” Terminators, and stereo
I see the rhino shaft has the u joints in phase where the oem are not. What was polaris thinking?
2 year up date im doing this next.
I've always had some vibrations out of mine at around 30mph. I should have gone with the oem cv style drive shaft out of the 2017 and up models.
@@alphapackoffroad thank you that was what I was looking for too
Got 250 hours on my motor 50 hours on the hotcam timing chain tensioner. Been looking the cv type drive shaft.
Only one I know of is oem from 2017 and up ranger 1000xp
Hey man just got my highlifter it's stock.
Do you know if the splines on the u joint versions are the same as the cv version?
Yes they are. Super atv doesn't make cv version for the short wheelbase ranger. But you can buy a oem cv style prop shaft. 2017 and up have cv style
@@alphapackoffroad thanks, i may just buy the rhino u joint shaft

ae you saying u went with a u joint one instead of a cv style one?

@@michaeltrongone5768 yeah. Super atv doesn't make a cv style one for my year. Only option for a cv style drive shaft is to use a oem 2017 and up.
