pentavalent is something in which rota and OPV are not included you may watched my video , rota and OpV vaccine only boost immunity against rota and polio virus , so u can give to your child but doesn't cover the spectrum covered by penta
first dose of HBV vaccine should be within 24hrs after birth but if you missed then u can do it within 7 days of birth and the 2nd and 3rd dose should be given on the end of first and 6 month respectively.

discuss this issue with your local doctor,it may be an allergic reaction to penta if so then do not give another dose to your child ..
