hey....excellent video.
1. Did you buy the soudtrack? If so where from and what are the terms of use?
2. What drone did you use? I am trying to buy mine but ideally one that allows me to use my go pro. Thinking between DJI Phanton and Parrot Drone.

The soundtrack is a legal track from RUclips ..... "THE DUNES .... Alcyone"
I used a Tarot 650 Quadcopter for filming.
He can carry good payload and is strong enough to carry a GoPro including the 3-achsis Gimbal for a stable movie.
I suggest to buy a similar drone. The Phantom and Parrot has a limited range for remote control.
It's better to use a radio e.g. Multiplex or Graupner....

i would like to have a system like this I can use off shore fishing ( spotting ) for tuna. any info would help me.

There you can find a lot of complete systems.
If you're beginner in copter flight, it's better you didn't fly over the sea for the first time.
Ask somebody who has knowledge how to fly a drone.
He can teach you.....
