I always get a positive LH surge using. Lear blue digital but we’ve been trying a year this month. I’m doubting if I’m ovulating my husband has been tested and has a normal sperm count all my hirmeines are normal. 🥺 would you recommend fertility dr? Or keep trying?
I hate to point this out and be so random but it looks to me like you have a goiter in your neck. Its just like what I had, which was graves disease and of course a swollen neck.. i had nodules which were infact cancerous at 16 and I had to get my thyroid removed. I didn’t notice my neck as to me it was normal, I grew up with it looking like that.. it was only when I saw my dad after 5 years that he pointed it out and luckily we caught it in time before it got any worse. I know it may not be this, but i am just mentioning this to you just incase. Absolutely love your informative videos, you’re my go-to when I am trying to find something out. Thank you

I use a Clearblue Digital advanced OPK, the one with the flashing and solid smileys. The instructions tell me to use first morning urine, so I do. Is that okay?

Clear blue says to use FMU. Should you test in the morning & between 4-10pm?
I would test at 4pm to 10pm
If you get a surge on an OPK (in the afternoon, as recommended) does that definitely mean you will ovulate?
If your cycles are regular, and the OPK goes from negative to positive back to negative, then this is reassuring for ovulation.
Is that possible to have dryness (no vaginal discharge) at your high predicted fertility day (based on apps) and also have negative ovulation test?
I would trust OPKs more than apps. This sounds like ovulation didn’t happen in sync with your app prediction.

Yes, that’s correct. It’s good to use OPKs to further pinpoint to exact day of ovulation.

My period length average is 61 days.....is it possible ovulation or not??
It’s possible, but it’s more sporadic or not happening at all. so it’ll be hard to find. Best to see a fertility specialist for help.

Having a period does not mean these things. Regular cycles that come every 21-35 days is reassuring of these things.
