Wow, 18 miles is impressive! I doubt I could even walk 18 miles, let alone run it🤣. That’s a pretty nice dorm room you have. Bigger than I would have expected. They just needed to have a little living room and it would literally be like an apartment. I’m really surprised the tub was gross. Don’t you have inspections when you vacate a dorm room? I know every time we ever moved out of base housing we had a pretty strict inspection we had to pass. Maybe times have changed. Anyway, it looked good and you’re probably like me and even if it looked clean you’d scrub it anyway before using it. Booking your flight home must have been a great feeling. I’m sure all the boys at home will be glad for your return. The two legged boys and the four legged. I hope the time flies for you!
Thanks Valerie! I honestly never imagined I'd ever run that far either! It's actually pretty nice, especially since I cleaned it up! I was blown away by how unclean everything was - I was talking to Travis about it. Every time we move out of base housing our even an off base house we leave things super clean and tidy. And when I left the other dorm it had to be clean as well! But this one was disssssgusting! I think people here just dont care that much 🤷🏻♀️ I'm so excited to have dates now. I know when I'm going home! 😍

Pretty funny because my family found your channel as we were doing research about moving to Germany. We also lived in Japan previously, and currently live in SATX, working on Lackland. The world is pretty small in the military community. Thanks for all the helpful info with your vids, hope you're enjoying Lackland and SATX in general.

Thank you so much! I'm 29, so I was very much so the mom to everyone. Most even called me mom at BMT 🥹😌 I love my job so far and I'm so happy I finally joined. I also had to lose weight to qualify! You can do it!

It’s nice that they have so many vegan restaurants and options now since I lived down there in the early- mid 2000’s. I remember even having difficulty eating as a vegan in BMT, but that was 21 years ago.😂
I haven't had too many troubles maintaining vegan here, which I'm thankful for! That's crazy! I tried googling what the inside looked like cause it fascinates me but nothing came up.
