I remember the Baltimore of this era. i used to walk from the University of Baltimore all the way to the Inner Harbor. Never had a problem. Wouldn't dare try it day.
As beautiful as the Inner Harbor was, it was too close to the Projects and Public Housing. Once that crowd begin to make their presence known, it was like a neighborhood losing it's Property Value. 🤷♂

I worked at the Hyatt 1990-1992. I parked on the side streets south of the Harbor. It was safe walking to my car.
Not anymore!

Somehow in the time capsule, there was also a note saying "We've been trying to reach you regarding your car's extended warranty.." ?🙃🧐
"Cruise Matic" never heard cruise control called that before lol
🎶 I can't drive 55 🎶

Ok Sammy
What year was the Harborplace clip at the beginning from?
I believed 1984.
2024, plan use tax money to replace it
Was violent even back then
LOL. Not nearly as bad. Every big city has crime, but it wasn't nearly as violent as today.
LOL This when control stated. Baltimore was doomed
Oh your free apartment was too hot?
