Very nice video. I have one question: Since the bottom of the boat probably is kind of wobbly - did you put a mat or something for the dog to lay on? I would love to start packrafting with my dog, too 🙂
Hi, I some times use a thin foam sleeping mat in the bottom of the packraft. But the dog has no problem with only the bottom of the packraft. The mat is more for the Nails of the dog, and some insulation when the water is cold. Arya (The dog) loves packrafting. Highly recomended 🐶👍

Hi and thank you for the kind words. The packraft is described as a packraft for those who want to bring a dog, or if you are very long. would not recommend it for two adults, for me, the dog and back pack it is room.
The measurements for the packraft are inner length 170cm, total length 285cm. total carry capacity 275kg.
Brilliant video and useful footage for me to watch. My problem is I've got two labs. I like to do outdoor stuff with them and this can possibly be our next step.. but it's two of them. Is there anything slightly bigger [but not much as don't want to carry too heavy load when walking] or do you thing they would fit? Cheers Jonas
Hi and thank you for the comment. The labrador is s bit larger than the Springer so it might be a bit full in the packraft. I see the mrspackraft ×2 is a bit larger than the xl I am using in this video but I cannot say if it will be big enough or not. Your hight will also has something to say. Best way is to maybe borrow one to see. With regards RHD

Hallo und vielen Dank für den Kommentar. In diesem Video benutze ich ein Kiapara Packraft. Ich bin 190 cm groß. Packraft ist 285 cm lang und innen 170 cm lang. Ich hoffe, mein Deutsch ist verständlich.
