I've always considered Sakura to be the Yamcha or at least a Krillin
Strong in their own right but looks pathetically weak against the villains and the rest of the main cast.

TBH, Yamcha actually defeated goku, Kiba never accomplished shit.
Uhhh who is the rest of the main cast? Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, the rest of Konoha 12/11? Because Sakura is 4th or 5th strongest out of the bunch. The only people that are arguably stronger than Sakura besides Naruto and Sasuke would be Kakashi and possibly Lee. It's already been mentioned that Sakura has surpassed Tsunade at this point. I don't think people like Kiba, Shikamaru, Shino, Hinata, Choji can solo Tsunade. Yamcha literally did not do shit in the Frieza saga, Cell, or Buu saga. The closest to Yamcha being useful was when he fought the Ginyu force at King Kai's planet and even then that was filler! Sakura at least helped bring down an Akatsuki member and played a mighty fine role as the white mage of the group, because she is also a top-tier healer. She's more of a supportive character than anything but at least she can do something. Yamcha did nothing. I'll say she is more like Tien. At least Tien had the balls to fight against Buu and managed to slow down Cell from going after 18. Even though Tien never defeated a boss enemy, but once again he isn't Goku or Gohan. But DBZ is a different case because there are only 3 boss enemies in the entire Z show. In Tien, Krillin and Yamcha's defenese - DBZ never had a super villain group like the Akatsuki or the Arrancar or Organization 13 sort of thing. I'm sure Toriyama would give Krillin, Tien and Yamcha at least one fight where they can shine against members like that, but he never did.
I love the fact that these 3 were trained by the Sannin and can even stand up to an incomplete 10 tails is amazing!

shino is actually one of the strongest characters in the show, which is precisely why kishimoto had to continously come up with bullshit reasons as to why he couldn't tag along on many important missions, the sasuke rescue mission would have been easy with shino and so would have been the save gaara mission.

Well, Shino is actually pretty strong and his bugs are incredibly versatile. Kiba is a brawler but he has a small arsenal of attacks that aren't very useful against moving opponents. Hinata is a close combatant who doesn't have any "flashy" jutsu. They have limits as to how powerful they can get whilst Naruto and Sasuke don't.
If Shino learnt some taijutsu and had Torune's powers then he would be very strong. Kiba shines in tracking rather than fighting. Hinata's attacks are too small scale. She needs to learn some jutsu that allow her to cause a great deal of destruction.
As much as people hate Sakura you have to give her credit for getting this powerful. Don't compare her to Naruto and Sasuke who are both beyond Kage level in power already, compare her to someone like Tsunade or Kakashi, she is above Jonin level and almost at Kage level, she is essentially a young Tsunade at this point and we all know how badass she is, giving Madara a run and beating Orochimaru up.

She's not on their level but she's earned her place.
Merciless Freak Because she's annoying at times but she is underappreciated. She saved dozens of ninja during the war. Even Shizune said that she was better than her at healing and the First Hokage admitted that her physical strength could be better than Tsunade one day which was true because as an adult she could solo bad guys without any help. She's still not a Sasuke and Naruto level but that's because they are literally descendants of gods. She's Jonin level at least
Saying Sakura is at least Jonin level is greatly understated. She is kage level, she just isn't strong like Naruto Sasuke and the enemies they fought near the end. But she has surpassed Tsunade who is a kage, and the rest of the Konoha 12 besides Naruto and Sasuke, maybe possibly Rock Lee, she would annihilate everyone else. She isn't a pushover in combat anymore and she is a top tier healer during the war. Sakura doesn't get the credit that she deserves because people just don't like her personality and her love for Sasuke, and still recall the pre-shippuden feats. It's a terrible meme. And Sasuke and Naruto weren't trying to do the same thing? Never understood why people say Sakura is useless when one considered her contributions to the war effort and keeping Naruto alive after Kurama was forcibly ripped out of him. With her medical skills and vast long range healing art jutsu along with pinpoint chakra control which is better than her teamates despite the they are more powerful still Sakura is of the most powerful kinochois in the Naruto world and that's something given the fact that she didn't come from a particarly gifted clan like the Uzumak. i Uchha or Hyugga clan. I think what Sakura achieved was quite impressive. Some fans are unfortunately are impossible to please.

Lucas Franke Most conventional attacks wouldn't kill her and she has amazing reflexes. Her travel speed is decent considering she was able to outrun Kaguya's chakra arm. Not to mention she has a pretty tanky support with corosive acid I'm not so versed with Sasuke. I think she stands a great chance against MS Sasukeand beats Hebi. Not mentyin that she has katsuyou which bovesd and saved many souls from shinra tensei ..she can cover her from amaterasu and many attacks fro ..plus She was great poisons that can take anyone

Kishi let Sakura have about .5 seconds of combat usefulness in this fight before she had to be saved and that's somewhere between hilarious and sad. Considering she's a main character, she should have gotten so much more development :/ I get she's primarily a medic, but still.
Yeah but she didn't look like she was in trouble though. I think Naruto and Sasuke was just so defensive that they practically steal kill. I'm fairly confident that with her she can tank the hit, heal herself and then counter attack with her punch. Unless she can manage to one punch that 10 tails before it landed on her.
My point was more that they completely undermined her moment by doing it that way right after her monologue, whether or not there was a logical reason for Naruto and Sasuke's protective instincts to kick in.
