Both are good. Wow suits me personally than plum but there are ppl who feel plum suits them better than wow. Both are water based.

Yes but start with very low %
Mornings are the best time to use vit C serums but if you are a beginner start at night twice a week and see how your skin responds. Once your skin accepts the serum and shows positive result use more often and shift to morning routine.

I can’t suggest something to just stay in trend . Wow really worked way better on my skin than Minimalist or Klair’s.
And Ordinary , retinol, niacinamide & peeling solution are great but honestly I’m not a fan of their vit c .

Yes that’s what I do but if you want you can do a patch test below your ears & see if it irritates your skin.
