This popped up on my timeline at the right time. I’m 43 and I just quit my job because I want a career. Na I have nothing against having a job but I would love a career that I would love and enjoy until retirement. ☺️ Plus the job I had was mentally exhausting 😏
I was compelled to watch this and now I know why. At 45, who is in her final stages of a PhD program having to believe God for my "now", and trust God for my "next", I really needed to hear this. Tfs
I truly appreciate you both I’ve gone back to school at the age of 56 and graduated with my High School diploma then went straight into starting my prerequisites for the nursing program 😢this was so encouraging to me because I’m in the AP 1 class this summer semester and it’s extremely challenging for me I’m now 57 🤦🏾♀️ but this message has given me the motivation and push I needed ❤Thank you both so much again 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I am 52 years old and going through a season of transition where God is uprooting me physically and spiritually. I have to move out of my Grandmother's house and move in with my parents temporarily. Its been 15 years since I've lived in my Grandmother's house and now God is rearranging everything. I know God has prepared me for this but it is another thing to walk it out.

I met a woman who risked it all in her late 60's/ early 70's & started her own corporate marketing firm. She was super successful & secured great contracts. I liked learning in this one! I went back to college later in life, and received my BFA in performing arts at age 50 and my MA in theater at age 53, so I consider you guys my distant mentors.

Thank you both for such an encouraging message! I absolutely love all of your videos but this hit me differently today. I am almost 40 years and my husband and I have a beautiful baby girl (via IVF) who is 11 months and I am currently applying to medical school. It’s been a tough journey but I truly believe that God placed this passion in me so I am pressing forward in His name and doing the work necessary!
I have to remember that 30 isn’t old. I made the mistake of prioritizing marriage in my young 20s, having a child and never focusing on myself or a career path. Now divorced and a single mom, I can’t survive off what I’m making at one job. Time to find a career and stick to it no matter how long the course is. Ready for God to guide me and open the right doors❤❤❤
