In the second, the moral is: If you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. And the court is not going to step in to figure out what happened here. People should control themselves. I always find it unnerving to see people act like they're still in high school when they are now adults. Just take yourself out of harm's way, don't put yourself in harm's way. But don't ask the courts for sympathy.

The acting is so terrible
They just dumb in the second case. Not even acting dumb.
1st case: vegan food is incredibly processed and isn’t necessarily healthier for you. Eating a well balanced diet with fruits, veggies and some sort of protein; especially growing up. Is needed for development
For all the vegans out there please stop trying to force your beliefs on people

The cases are real, but the litigants are told to act dramatic, that's why they interrupt each other sometimes and the judge gets mad, and bangs the gavel.
