How to install a new garage door seal without going insane

So the “Bright Idea Factory” (Wife) decided that she wanted the lower seal replaced on the garage. It’s a pain, the new gasket never goes into the channels right. So all you do is wisen up the channels a bit. This solution works 100% of the time! Good luck

A thin coat of dish soap should do it a lot easier as it acts like a lube and wont rot the rubber
