@toccaradorceya U answer a couple questions to get u to the exact form u need, depending on your first time…child or adult etc., as they have different forms. U want the right form cause u don’t want any delays. Then u answer all the questions of your correct form. Since u r doing it online, u can be sure it is being done properly. At the end, it will tell u exactly how much u will pay, u print it out and bring to the PP office for processing. Thats what I did. I didn’t know u can request for the bigger pp for people who travel more, it just has more pages… I think at no extra cost. It was such an easy process. My family got ours in like 2 weeks or so. We didn’t even rush it! We got both card and regular pp. Good luck! Maybe it was not peak season also. We applied in July, if that helps.

It depends on if it is still valid or not. If it expired then you can fill out just the DS-11 but it is still technically valid then you need to do both DS-11 and DS-64.

You pay at the appointment but you can write a check or get a money order before hand if you know what passports and if any expedited processing you want. Otherwise just do it at the appointment. Bring a check book though if you don't have one or not want to pay by check cash or debit card (no credit cards for money orders).
My last name is misspelled on my birth certificate from Puerto Rico. I had my last name corrected name change in the Bronx last year now my last name is correct. on my birth certificate it still misspelled will that be an issue even though it’s correct in the court corrected with my name change. certificate is still misspelled.

Yes your son can derive your citizenship and get a US Passport. You will need these things below. Foreign Birth certificate + authorized translation (if not in English) Child's green card or Foreign Passport + I-551 Your Naturalization certificate Proof of the child living in the US under the care of the US citizen Parent(s) Signed and Notarized DS-3053 if the other parent cannot make it to the appointment. Hope this helps.

$160 for both Passport book and card. Since you are doing Emergency travel you will need to add another $60 for expedited processing so $220 or 239.53 if you need it with 1-2 day shipping. Though emergency travel can get you same day service. If you are applying at an agency you do not have to use a check or money order as they do take cards there.

It can take up to several weeks for that document to arrive. Department of State uses first class mail with no tracking to send out documents. You could also call the department of state as well as USPS to see where it is but the latter might not be of much help.

You would fill out what is on the birth certificate for your parent(s). If only one parent is listed then only list that parent.

After that you can still cross the border as they have to let citizens in but you might want to get a us passport.

For kids, parent would use their ID alongside their birth certificate.

Some native citizens use their driver's license and birth certificate or just a license to go through the US.
