Give wolverine a 10%-15% movement speed buff, have his healing factor cooldown reduced and not reliant on team kills and assists to lower the cooldown and instead make the shield and health you get from it based on the amount of damage dealt in a set window of time. That's my suggestion for a wolverine buff/rework
Wolverine may be low-tier, I would agree just from playing and watching others play. But the way you play it, and others who always gave it a go and obliterate make things so satisfying to watch, as well as to show that it's not impossible to play him. But yeah, still hope for some buffs!
Yeah I think Wolverine is still good, just not OP like literally everyone else. The only character I think is genuinely bad is Hulk. I haven't played him but I can't remember one time where he's actually killed me.
These are bad gamepad players, who cant turn around fast enough and barely headshot or just land their shots. Most tierlists are made by top pc players, who can headshot and expect others to do so
Wolverine isn't that hard to get the hang of but some of his moves need a rework (like his lunge for example it's so hard to scoop someone even when you are in their face and it's hard to land). Also the fact that he doesn't have a self heal ability like iron fist does is actually kinda dumb. It's WOLVERINE he literally has a healing factor.
@ You know what I mean. Not a passive ability with a 90 second cooldown which is ridiculous. I mean like how one of iron fist’s main abilities is a self with that doesn’t have a long cooldown
@@ismaelvargas9098 Wolverine should be able to heal himself back to full health after almost every engagement he gets in. Instead, you get bonus health when you get knocked too low which then turns back into health. But none of that matters once you hit that ability’s lengthy cooldown, now you’re just another squishy that needs constant heals.
He shouldn’t have a break in his basic attack, it feels clunky and is infuriating. Black panther and iron fist don’t have breaks in their basic attacks so why does Wolverine. Also his passive is dog water and 90 sec cooldown is a joke. He needs changes badly
With a good healer and buffer, idk if there is anything more satisfying than dicing up tanks after scooping them up with your leap. It's just so euphoric. Good plays brotha
I have 8 hours logged in on Logan. He’s a B-A tier imo he could use a healing or damage buff but currently you get one or two healers on Logan especially with the speed and range boost he’s basically unstoppable, that being said he’s someone that HAS to stay aggressive to keep the berserker rage that increases damage on everything and makes his ult terrifying
Every character is viable in the right hands. In any game. A character that can be seen as L Tier garbage can seem OP with someone who knows what they're doing. In my opinion, there is no such thing as a bad character, just others that are better.
sure, there are always one tricks that master a character to the highest level of play. That doesn't mean there aren't top tier picks for any current meta. If you're trying to reduce the chances of losing, top tier or OP picks will always net you the highest chances of climbing bc of overtuned or broken kits/stats. Having said that its always more entertaining to watch off meta or low tier picks kick ass in really high level play bc u just dont see it that often. I'm trying to learn wolverine myself and enjoying watching him and learning things
I love Wolverine, but this game just showed your team face rolling the enemy team. It helps to have both Dagger and Luna on your team too, who seemed to be doing a lot of lifting. I wish they just made Wolverine a vanguard, way too squishy for his hit box.
Wolverine’s quotes have got to be a dev inside joke. “About time my healing factor kicked in!” Bro, WHAT HEALING FACTOR?? I either have to be attached to my healer like a nursing newborn, or take the walk of shame to the nearest health pack😭😭
Judging from your gameplay and my albeit limited experience, most people want to play wolverine by diving into the back to pick off squishies and then escape, like in overwatch. But if you play him like a Jungle from LoL or Smite, he performs way better. Get behind the enemy quieter, and then use leap to leave. Not to initiate.
Two things that wolverine need to be a DECENT character is: passive healing that improves the less life Wolverine has and more base damage. Obs: im a main wolverine, i like the character, but even being a main, i cant ignore the fact that he is awful.
Wolverine is the best fighter they added in terms of fun. I would love to see him get buffed. Hopefully they do that. Great gameplay and it was cool to see another Wolverine main dominating the battlefield. :)
To give wolverine more survivability, i would give him an actual healing factor, like he can regenate heath after not taking damage for 5 seconds, and the cooldown on his current "healing factor" is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. Then, i would reduce the cooldowns across all of his other abilities, buff his damage, make it so that his feral leap can be reset, and give him the ability to negate healing. edit: why does his passive even have a cooldown in the firstplace!?!???!?!
fantastic gameplay! My biggest complaint about Wolverine is his shift (leap) hitbox. I swear it feels like I phase right through people sometimes, even if I'm in melee range of them. maybe I'm just trash lol.
Anyone have any tips for better accuracy with the leap? I feel like I am constantly going though or over the target most of the time. I try to dash into them and then leap but still miss a lot.
Ur so lucky I want to play wolverine in ranked all the time so badly but stupid dps lockers force me to play healer cuz they can't play anyone else worth shit
I think he should be made a Vanguard. It only makes sense considering he’s known for his high durability and healing factor. He’s good at shredding tanks, but he’s outmatched by other Duelist due to a lack of mobility especially in ranked. So either make him a Vanguard, or add some mobility to his kit.
He'd have to be a dive tank. I like him as a Duelist though. He's a tank shredder, much like Reaper. Percentage based damage and he's known for taking on larger opponents. Sabertooth and Hulk for example
Keep him as a duelist, he should be able to kill people, he's wolverine. However he should have a sprint that's available when he's at max rage that lasts around 10 seconds and extends his rage until the sprint also ends. This alone could do wonders for him I feel like. Also change his passive to either activate every 30 seconds OR rework it so he starts regenerating after being out of combat for 5 or so seconds. Visually he could get down and run on all fours which he's been shown to do in the comics...
@@cartozzzTV Maybe that would work except instead of giving him that 10 second sprint during rage, just add it to his kit period like Black Widow’s sprint for example. I also like the second suggestion you gave about the regeneration after being out of combat for 5 seconds.
Just played with him a little bit today, best thing I can say is to try and use his abilities instead of reloading because any abilities that involve using his arm (which I think is all of them) instantly reloads his weapon.
For all of you crying for a buff to wolverine, I get it. Him being hard means it's harder to play him and have fun. But you need to understand the way he's built now seems simple but it's actually very strong for what he does. Like black panther he's meant to hit and run. I think we can all agree wolverine embodies rage and crazy moves to shred through enemies. Giving him a passive heal will either be way too strong or way too weak. The latter possibly being worse since you would have people hiding and waiting to heal. Beside that y'all don't realize how strong he is. He is the best duelist when it comes to shredding tanks thanks to his berserk passive and how he does % of health. Bottom line, just because you can't play him well doesn't mean he's bad. Just like Spiderman or iron Man, when you see a good player using them; they earn the right to dominate as those iconic characters. Because they're already so strong in the right hands if you make them stronger they will be way unfair.
The Genji of Release Overwatch Seems weak at first. People dont get it in general. But then you figure him out... and hes INCREDIBLE. But, he could still compete with other melees. Maybe a tiny buff couldnt hurt...
I don't see why the small percentage say "He's bad" when more often than not he's wiping out HALF or most of the enemy team, some of it MIGHT BE THE CHARACTER and I would prefer if he were a Vanguard like Venom but ME PERSONALLY he's high tier cause if you ask a console player then they'd probably say "He's a top tier easily"
Buff my main Wolverine 😤
I think he should have passive healing because then he feels like Wolverine. It could be 15 HP per second.
He should have a natural healing factor
Namor should be able to fly
Someone who understands how powerful this character is. My main!!!!!!
