📝INGREDIENTS:
Eggs - 5 pieces (large)
Milk - 500 ml
Flour - 200g
Paprika - 1 piece (large) - very finely chopped)
Greens: dill, parsley, green onions
Salt - 1 tsp.
dried garlic - 1 tsp.
black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric - 1/3 tsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Hard cheese ~ 250g
Vegetable oil - for frying.
You can add mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, sausage to the mixture, from greens you can add spinach, beet leaves ... - and you will have new pancakes every time!
