Just got this bike and put it together easily and took it for a ride. You could not ask for more in a bike. It's incredible. Im over 60 so I need as much help as I can get when going up hill. I have a gravel road and the hills getting up to the top of my property is impossible unless you have this bike on 5 pedal assist and it zooms up the road with ease, great torque power. I am truly amazed. Thank you for the great vid Scott!
Hey Scott, Thank you for this outstanding assembly video, i got the same e-bike & i went through your video & it made it so easy for me to assemble mine i didn’t even open the manual book which came along, Just followed the way you did & i was able to assemble mine in 2.5 to 3 hours from unpacking to fully assembled. Thank you again & This thing is a BEAST, ppl will turn their head around & compliment you.. !!
Thanks for posting the video. It looks very similar to the Engwe Engine Pro. What happens if they break, how do you get service in the first year or two? What sort of things break usually on ebikes we should be wary of? ☮
Yes, it also reminded me of the Engwe X26. I can only assume you contact the manufacturer when they break. I have dealt with many manufacturers when it comes to getting stuff fixed, although, I have not had to get anything fixed on this bike. My biggest issue with bikes is the front brake rotor being bent. Easy fix.
Did anyone use the spacers that were provided with the headlight assembly? Mine came with these little plastic pieces that could go in between the bike bars and the headlight mount.
I commented one your test drive and I gotta tell you I didn’t got the chance to even assembly mine yet, not talking about taking it for a ride. I’m stuck at the front wheel, been watching your video 10000times, you seemed to be able to release those little nuts by the frame in a second and I’m not sure if I’m missing something or what 😢
I'm having trouble installing the front tire, as the brake disc has a little friction with the braking pad and trying to do everything, but nothing. anyone to help me with this?
Loosen the brake caliper so that it moves enough to get the rotor in between the pads. once installed, spin the wheel real fast then hit the brake. Hold the brake lever and tighten the caliper down again.
Thank you very much for your answer. there is some way that you can tell me which screws I should loosen?, since yesterday I was trying, and there are some that are tight and I am afraid of damaging them. there is some way to contact you to send me photos or some material that helps me. Thanks
Hi buddy. I am struggling to know how to change this bike info from kmh to mph. I would really appreciate it if you could help me out with this little issue I am having.🙏
@@scotthardesty I can bring up the P1, P2 etc by double tapping the mode button quickly but I can't seem to leave once i've changed it from P1 to P2. I doubt tap the mode button to exit and it's back on P1 which is for kmh. I've also tried holding the + and - buttons at the same time but nothing happens apart from my fingers hurting from holding them for so long. I'm really confused and getting frustrated with it.🤦♂️
@@scotthardestyI've just watched your other video of this bike and the one thing you don't bring up when talking about the controls is how to change from kmp to mph.
@@callumshaw902 At this point I would reach out to the company. I don't have this bike anymore but I feel I made all the adjustments by using the owners manual.
Actually the new bikes don't have a key, except to lock the battery. I just emailed them, because it wasn't there. The new bikes don't do that anymore , only a password on the screen. It kinda makes stealing it really easy 😢

Mine arrived today! Easy assembly thanks to Scott's video! Cheers!
Glad I could help!
Didn't even break a sweat! Nice assembly video.
Thanks Stephen. It was a simple dimple.
I like that they give you all those accessories. Nice touch.
I think so too!
Just this minute bought one of these! Thanks to your reviews!

@@scotthardesty yes, I meant the X26. But this is about €400 cheaper and comes with lots of extras. Unfortunately they don’t ship to Portugal. 🙏
That's a beautiful bike 🚴. Waiting to see how fun it performs on the street

Did anyone use the spacers that were provided with the headlight assembly? Mine came with these little plastic pieces that could go in between the bike bars and the headlight mount.
Yes. I used them. Works great keeping the headlight from moving or rattling.
I like the bike, is it suitable for 191cm tall and 120kg weight?
My link now leads to the official website. Maybe the info is on there.
Is it safe in the USA to ride such a bike to the store, leave it at the entrance to buy groceries, go out and it will still be standing at the door?
Yes, if you put a lock on it. If you do not, it will get stolen.

Loosen the outside ones first. Then the interior nuts should come loose. They did have them on there pretty tight.

Looks like a fairly high step over height. Might not be the best choice for shorter riders.
