Put 4T of sugar, 3T of sesame oil, 3T of ketchup, and 2T of red pepper paste in a bowl.
Mix until sugar dissolves to make the sauce. (Based on rice spoons)
Slice one green onion into a thickness similar to rice cake.
Put the flour cake and chopped green onion in a frying pan without turning on the heat.
Add 3 laps of cooking oil and heat it over high heat.
If the oil is hot, reduce to medium heat and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix 3T of flour, a pinch of salt, and 120ml of water to make flour water.
Pour the flour water from the pan.
Fry over medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
If you shake the bottom of the frying pan,
Cover the pan with a plate and turn over.
Turn it over with a plate and it won't tear.
Pour cooking oil around the frying pan.
Fry the back side for about 3 minutes.
If you put a lot of rice cake, it's hard to turn it over.
About 24 flour cakes are appropriate based on a 24 cm frying pan.
Place on a plate and apply rice cake skewer sauce.
If you sprinkle sesame seeds, a round of spicy and sweet rice cake skewers are completed.
In the video, I couldn't sprinkle sesame seeds.
It's really savory if you eat it with sesame seeds.
Make sure to sprinkle sesame seeds on it!
