How many people have "impaired" or drunk drivers killed? Too many to count. The officers were much more patient and nicer than I would have been. I would have dragged her out of the car by her hair within the first 5 minutes of stopping her. That's why I'm not in law enforcement.

I would of complied after the first refusal by him, when he said yes now you have to get out of the car. Just fight it in court if you feel wronged or didnt like that he doesnt have probable cause (not referring to case in video anymore)

When they tell her to get out of the car, that's a lawful order. Depending on the jurisdiction ignoring a lawful order can be a charge. There was a supreme court case that supports their right to remove you from your own vehicle if you don't respond to their request to step out on your own. So yes, they do have the right.
