One of the most exciting features of the original Rage Racer's tracks were the very steep mountains, hills and slopes.
While there are some slight slopes present here, they are nowhere near as impressive as in the original (which may be impossible to replicate in TM).
I can appreciate the attempt, but it just does not get across what made those tracks so special in the first place. :)
