Preservatives decrease our effort to restock providing convenience, of course it will harm the body and possibly the toxins remain in body for a long time. The problem is to preserve food without using excess sugar and salt. Increasing effort to restock food and choose less preservatives by picking shorter expiry dates will reward with better health over the years

Do milk in tetra packs also contain preservatives? I felt that they are able to achive long shelf life by killing all pathogens first and then packaging in a sealed container so that contaminants from outside cannot enter.
They don't contain preservatives but used a pasturization process through which all the pathogens are killed and that's why they don't have long shelf life.....
Bhaii, what about medicines, they typically have a long expiry date, does that mean we expire faster when using a medicine compared to when not using any??
But original Honey, Ghee & Tamarind doesn't expire. I have practically experienced it all 3 products since my childhood days when my Grand-ma was alive. What is your view on this particular 3 product. Let us know.
Honey doesnt expire because of the high amount of sugar in it. Honey can basically be called a self preservative which preserves itself. When any bacteria enters honey because of such a concentrated solution the bacteria dies and that is why honey can last upto thousands of years. Same case in tamarind too because of the high saturated solution. I dont know about ghee though
Sorry but tropicana expires quickly, i had an experience in which I left it outside for 5 days and it had fermented. also tropicana 100% has no sugar and is comparatively cheaper than RAW which is another brand with 0 sugar but costs 250 for 1L
