She is so melodious that sometimes I feel like Lata Didi is singing. She deserves more songs than today’s many (autotunic voice) female singers. She is one of the few singers from today who don’t need Autotuning. God bless you Anwesha.
That's why she's not in Bollywood, because Bollywood don't deserve singers like Anwesha.They deserve Neha Kakkar,dhani Bhanushali,Tulsi Kumar etc etc.. No doubt why regional movies are getting Oscars and not Bollywood.

Actually, the Hindi version is not the original. The original is Bengali, first sung in 1962 by singer Jatileshwar Mukherjee. There was another famous Bengali version by another singer. The HIndi version was dated 1977.

I listened to this song again and again may be 20 times continuously and I felt the Bengali version was very sweet. Can you sing complete song in Bengali. Even though I am south Indian I loved the Bangla version. Very melodious voice.

Undoubtedly one of the best performance. But I still couldn't understand why Bengali artist address in Bangla even when the perform in hindi. Its not possible that everyone knows bangla language.
