What would you like to learn next in the Studio Sessions series?
Some Blender related stuff. =)
Blender Procedural Nodes!
If it is feasible, it would be amazing for there to be a tutorial on creating 3D designs (blender) that transform, shift, or open. (sci-fi boxes, multi-phase robots, tools that have an activation transformation, etc.) .
BLENDER!!
Maya, cleanup mesh, character modeling, low poly modeling, high resolution painting on low poly models. Maya to zbrush workflow.
Ben is definitely one of my favourite concept artists. He was one of the first guys I saw intelligently integrating 3D Modelling into this workflow. That's very common now, but he was one of the first guys I saw doing it. He's apparently got a graphic novel series called "HUXLEY" too... It looks very interesting!
I always ask myself how you come up with these ideas, it is astounding how much details you put into your work!!! Great inspiration
Really cool desings, and I'm talking about not only this, but the whole series.
Love these videos, Ben!
Nice
I know it’s a dumb and noob question but what brush do you use to sketch ?
Could anyone tell me what the lineal sketch assistance that is? Is it from PS or some Plugin of Intuos?
I think the Red cross logo isn't allowed to use, because of copyrights.
Not exactly by copyrights but you are somewhat right. "Red cross and red crescent emblems are protected symbols under international humanitarian law and national laws". But I don't know how tightly it is regulated.
what is the model of pen tablet you use?
I'm taking guesses here but looking at the kind of PC they're using and the company he's looking for I think it's safe to say a 32/24/27" Wacom Cintiq.
Just have a large wacom intuos pro.
Isn't a red cross a geneva convention violation?
