this era of time i missed the most cause while yes there were alot of problems they werent so major like the ones today are one of the biggest things i hate about today is the internet it had such a short golden age IMO the time 2015 rolled around everything went to shit all game companies began making shit with low effort low quality with so much PTW and micro transactions that they want to suck your money all things arent made with quality i have bought exactly 26 pairs of headphones IN ONE MONTH cause every week or 2 the fucking audio breaks and dont work anymore im being very carful and used them the way their meant to AKA LISTEING TO SHIT WITH THEM and my GODLY PCs CPU fan is MADE OF CHEAP $1.00 WATER GUN PLASTIC IT LOOKS LIKE IT AND FEELS LIKE IT and if you dont know why thats so bad well these $1.00 water guns break from even a gentle knock their more fragile THAN FUCKING GLASS i could take a shit on one and it would crack so i had to remove the old CPU fan and move one of my like 12 other fans in its place which were made of good plastic that would last quite awhile meaning that CPU fan was made so badly so i would have to go buy another PC cause why make the most important fan out of the worst material but the other fans that arent even needed out of good materials other than to let it break and have to buy another one all tv shows went to shit it seems every single persons braincells died at the exact same time the internet became a shit show pretty much every problem i have noticed today flared up RIGHT as 2015 rolled around man i got off topic i do this way to often

Though, the hot coffee lawsuit shouldn't have become a meme like it had. That was just cruel to the elderly woman who received 3rd degree burns in her lap because of that spill.
Have you ever had to have a skin graf before? No less onto your genitals? Ya, coffee is hot, but 3rd degree burns is no joke. Have you very had 3rd degree burns? It freaking hurts and leaved you with physically scarring. Ya, coffee is hot, but never so hot that if gives you 3RD DEGREE BURNS. Heck, the lady was sitting in the passenger seat of a parked car trying to fix her coffee the way she liked.
As well, this wasn't even the first 3rd degree coffee burn related lawsuit McDonald's had faced, it was just the one that got to most traction.
Tell me, how hot do you like you coffee?
It was literally McDonald's who set gave the stores their books and equipment and told them how to run it. The company is literally the one who had it as a policy to serve it that hot. (Note, 3rd degree burns happen at 180°F and above.) McDonald's already had (around) 700 cases before that because of people receiving 3rd degree burns from McDonald's coffee. McDonalds even admitted at trial that consumers were unaware of the extent of the risk of serious burns from spilled coffee served at McDonald’s then-required temperature. McDonald’s quality assurance manager testified that McDonald’s coffee, at the temperature at which it was poured into Styrofoam cups, was not fit for consumption because it would burn the mouth and throat.
The court ruled in favor of the women because they, the people, qualified her as being permanently disfigured after that incident. Tell me, would would be very happy with having to have your crotch regraphed after receiving 3rd degree burns on it? No money would make me feel any better. That women had to go through 8 days of surgery and 2 years of medical treatment. That is a lot of fucking time and money. Tell, by the end of the court case she received a grand total (Now this is estimated, because despite popular belief it never actually broke 1 mill.) $640,000 ~ $480,000. It was reduced by the judge. Hell, originally the lady was only going for $20,000. Ya, she technically got a lot more money than what was originally asked.
But if a company is knowingly, KNOWINGLY, serving coffee that results in 3rd degree burns in a matter of seconds (with temperatures around 180°F to 190°F 3rd degree burns will settle in within 3 to 7 seconds) from it spilling on someone. They ADMITTED in court that their coffee was far to hot for it to actually be handled safely by people.
180°F to 190°F is far to hot for a cup of coffee. Those temperature are not safe for any soft tissue. Thoes temperatures will cause 3rd degree burns within 3 to 7 seconds.
@@cri.682 She sued McDonalds for recompense due to her *3rd degree burns* from the coffee, which the court actually ruled as a *safety hazard* out of negligence. She also did not get anywhere close to a million dollars in damages.

He wanted to go faster, but wouldn’t without my allowance, so I let him gallop a mile to the top of the pastures, him jumping all the ditches and leaping over the tall grasses and all the fallen logs. I was having the most fun I could possibly have, so I spread my arms when the lyrics went ‘no hands’. That was our song when ever I went out for a long hacking (trail ride), and he will forever be my heart horse, even if he’s been dead 3 years now.
