    Tenders & Rotel plate
    Ingredients
    1 llb ground beef
    16oz Velveta cheese
    4oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup of heavy cream
    1 canned Rotel (original)
    Chicken tenderloin
    Mustard
    Buttermilk
    1 egg
    Seasoning (Old bay , Garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper)
    Red franks hot sauce
    Cattlemen Carolina gold
    All purpose flour
    Cornstarch
    Honey gold tenders
    to a bowl add your clean tenders
    Season 1/2 tablespoons of each (Old bay , Garlic powder, onion powder, Cayenne pepper)
    Add 1/3 cup of mustard
    Add 1 egg
    1/4 cup of buttermilk
    Set in fridge for about 20 mins
    Start on your dry batter
    2 cups of flour
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon of all the seasonings above
    A few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
    Dip tenders into dry batter allow batter to rest on tenders for at least 10 mins Start
    Then place into deep fryer
    Fry until golden brown & crispy (8-10 mins depending on tenderloin size)
    Once finished
    Place crispy golden tenders onto a cooling rack
    Start on your sauce
    Wings sauce (Honey Gold)
    1 bottle of Cattlemen Carolina Gold
    1/2 cup red franks hot sauce
    2 tablespoons butter
    Wings sauce (Hot)
    1 bottle of Red franks hot sauce
    1 tablespoon Honey
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon of black pepper
    1 cap of Apple cider vinegar
    Rotel
    to your crockpot add 1/2 cup of heavy cream
    16oz of Velveeta cheese 4oz
    4oz of cream cheese
    1 canned Rotel
    Allow to melt & Stir
    to a pan add 1 llb of ground beef
    Season (Old bay, Garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper)
    Brown meat & drain it
    Once drained add to your cheese mixture
    Stir & allow it to cook on low for 15-20 mins
