Remember you can always Fast Travel away after a few safe kills to force a checkpoint and also to vanish the bodies just in case 1 is on the line of sight of a patrolling enemy. Of course, if you are doing this as a personal challenge and want to do it in 1 go then you might not want to cheese the system that way.

I had to restart so many times because I would get figured out so I got way up on top of that hill and found a way to go around them
It’s not about going around them this is a challenge, you need 200m away not how to stealth kill behind their back or up close
