Thank You for this nice video. I bought B1 11 years ago. At that time I didnt know about B2 or B3. But is okay, even B1 is small it can produce big sound. And now its once again put in order and had good care of piano controller(?) (piano specialist or so?) And now its sounds like a expensive model. So You can pick almost any instrument from Yamaha series and with good care you have always good quality.
While the B3 has the strongest sound, I think the B2 has the nicest overall sound. A piano is so much its own personality and sometimes the better piano doesn't sound best to someone's ears. To my ears, the B2's tone was the nicest of the 3. The B3 seems somewhat close to the U1, however.
Yeah I’ve been trying to decide between the B2 and B3 as my first acoustic piano. I have a tendency to always want the biggest and best example of whatever I’m purchasing, but it really does seem like the B2 has the nicest or at least very on-par with the B3 overall sound. Seems like it would make a very nice first acoustic piano.
I think that B3 is far from U1. The U1 is very high quality piano and its sounds different. The B3 is good for bigger space, B2 is when you have guite large room, B1 when you have ordinary home livingroom.
