J'ai longtemps cru que Charlie Chaplin et Louis de Funès étaient les rois de la comédie et que nul ne surpassait Buster Keaton et Jackie Chan en terme d'audace mais rien ne se compare à Max.
Chaplin et pas que lui ont repiquer bons nombres de gags a Max Linder. Mais début des années 20 il est parti à Hollywood rejoindre Chaplin car en France il était fini . La carrière de Max en Amérique fut décevante il ne le supportera pas .
