Loving these videos Rick. Your dedication to informing us about these products is fantastic. Do you think you could incorporate comparing the spin/distance/ball speed/launch angle etc with Rob's strike location, as I think it would be more beneficial to see the performance of the club from an amateur's perspective? I think it would allow us to see how the club performs on off-centred/variable strikes. Rob's strike will be changing distance/spin/ball speeds etc more than the weights will ever do. Can't really tell if one club is more suited to Rob without comparing how the strikes were (apart from his opinion on look and feel, which is just as important). If one club was maintaining ball speed/distance etc with varying strikes, maybe that club would probably be more suited to a handicap golfer like Rob. I think these reviews are a great idea and think Rob and Rick are awesome, but the addition of analysing the performance of club in relation to strike would make the test more useful for the everyday golfer and more unique. Would be a more complex review, but would really help us understand how the numbers and performance vary with strike.
Hi Rick great review, I'm currently looking for some new irons and I'm gonna get fitted for some, although if you could give me some advice before I do that would be great. My uncle is a scratch player and he plays with bladed clubs. Well, I'm a 13 year old junior who plays off 13 and today I played with his irons, baring in mind I've recorded scores well lower than this handicap. Anyhow when I played with my uncles mizunos I loved and struck the irons superbly. So I would like to ask if it would be more beneficial if I were to buy more cavities eg. Callaway xrs or something less like Rsi or titliest 714 mb if I'm improving so rapidly.
Would be interesting to see a comparison of strike point of each shot with both Drivers, because the DBD is spinning more than the GBB. Could be due to strike patterns as I said, or could all be typical Marketing BS again. Callaway vying for that crown from TM maybe. Reserve judgement without seeing those strike patterns though.
Hi rob what distance you getting with your aero burner and keep up the good work boys I look forward to whatching your equipment reviews even though I'm a leftie cheers
furthest I hit it was in the test review at 271yd. however that wasn't an ordinary swing. that had meat, cheese and a kitchen sink behind it. so don't go too much off that number
does this show that all these draw bias/custom fittings etc are pretty much useless unless the player can deliver the club face consistently every time
These weights are gimmicks and total BULLSHIT. YOU need to learn to change your swing and skills, rather depend on the equipment. I play blades when I started golf, but learned how to be better on my own, rather rely on gimmicks...Now I play mp-4's better than anyone with cavity backs...other than scratch golfers...you get teh moral of the story...di di mau!

Um shouldn't you have gotten the gravity core turned to bottom provide a little bit more cg on the low side for higher launch?
Love these videos but hey it looks like Rob's stance is open slightly which may be causing it to go right?
Love the honesty. Rob of the drivers you've hit so far this year what are your top 3?
in no particular order..... AeroBurner, XR (Now I've been properly fitted), Mizuno.
Do the Taylormade m1 driver mid handicap review

I know😂😂😂 there always like, "I'm 10 and I hit the ball 300+ is that good??"
+Hacker2024 lolz

Gud video rick
Rob should have pulled his left foot more forward. His feet are set up for a fade shot. Look at his heels lined up on the mat.
is mr potter gonna test the xr 16s?

In every video I watch it seems like Rick should be getting him to stand closer to the ball, it just seems like he's severely reaching for the ball.
That shaft seems like it would be wayyyy too stiff for Rob. A shaft fitting video might be nice.
can you get rob to hit the cobra fly-z?
Agreed
Rather the new King Cobra LTD.
Does Rob always have such an open stance? I would think he is going to hit a lot of pushes and fades that way right?
Guys, what do you think of the Vice golf balls?
Go down to a regular shaft
I wonder what would happen if you were to put two gravity cores in the head? Someone should try this
That shaft is wrong for rob just saying
does this show that all these draw bias/custom fittings etc are pretty much useless unless the player can deliver the club face consistently every time
+SuperShickey1 very annoying that everyone says you must get custom fit when you would be much better off using money on lessons
there isn't any way Rob is a high handicapper. or he has a very crummy short game lol!!
