Sometimes it scares me how theo says he has never felt okay in his life. He's always looking for that feeling of okay, and I think he's scared he's never going to find it. It must be so draining being so transparent with us, his audience, but that's what attracted me to Theo in the first place. When it comes to Theo, what you see is what you get. As a single parent raising my 5 year old daughter on my own, it really does feel like the world is crashing around me sometimes and I’m just there holding on. I know it is, but sometimes it really does get in your head and you feel like everything is in fact NOT okay. Theo, your words brought me to tears. I’m glad you posted this.

hey brother. i can relate to you as Im a 32 yr old single parent of a 5 year old daughter. Its been her and I since she had just turned 2. i got my court ordered custody officially nov of 2019. i try to encourage the mother to be more involved with our daughter but she doesn't seem that interested. i can only dig in more and provide. I'm a career millwright and work a lot so I'm blessed i have family support and females in the family that bring that female influence for my girl. its not always easy but we make it work and i just dig in more and its rewarding knowing how my little girl just loves her daddy and is a super happy child despite an absent mother. i wish you all the best man. your little girl can always count on you and will always love you.

When Santa starts talking about "wiffle dust" you can see Theos jaw start going, he's thinking about coke.
The discomfort Santa showed when Theo asked about anyone coming to visit him "on the way out" was palpable. You could see the struggle of that memory even before he said anything.

Dear Theo, I am 51 and I still believe in Santa ( the spirit of giving). We have programs that make a child's wish come true and there are endless stories of giving that warm the heart. The favorite part of Christmas for my boys and I, when they were still in school, was to spend time at the malls in the days after school let out. We would shop and take time to sit and watch people and soak up the hustle and bustle done in Love. Thinking of others you don't know is such a Santa inspiration.
