Look up while giving left or right roll, it usually stops when you stop inputing roll. It seems hard to enter past 800 KPH and if you decelerate too much you will enter a dive to build up airspeed.

It's really not. The F-5As and C are virtually identical, minus weapon differences and the refueling probe mounted to the C. Both the A and C have weak engines, meaning they will bleed a ton of speed in turns, and have a hard time regaining speed. The C also only has the AIM-9E, which is quite frankly garbage.
