Actual deep bass. Something the vifa does not have. Sure the mids and highs are better but it's missing a lot of depth. I used to own a vifa stockholm 2.0 and when my $140 tidbit stormbox blast beat it in terms of over all bass output i sold the vifa. I now have a Phantom 2 and it's 5 times smaller than the stockholm 2.0 and it has more bass and it extends deep into the sub bass territory. Highs and mids are not as good aswell as the sound stage but I love bass. I'm no audiophile and I never want to be. Give me the fattest richest deepest bass possible. My dream speaker would be the vifa stockholm 2.0 if it was able to hit well into the subbass region. At the moment I have edifier r2850db for my main TV set up. There are really powerful. I can make my apartment walls shake. They have a very clear and open sound and due to the 8 inch drivers there is a decent sense of some subbass. I also have a single phantom 2 foe now in my bedroom optically into my TV. Once I find $1500 more dollars I'll make a stereo pair. Good space saving set up as I'm in and apartment. Might sell my partybox 710. It's to powerful for this apartment. At 40% it actually sounds like the apartment is breaking. Lol
@@alexlittig7927 I don't know if it is really useable outdoors but 50hz is enough for me , sure you'll get lower bass but in a speaker that is small to have a deep 35hz .. it needs to sacrifice its bass "texture" , reducing the upper bass and mid bass at the time when the deep bass hits making the overall bass sounds boomy and lacks that pure punch , even the JBL Boombox 3 does this things and it sucks , Vifa Stockholm and Phantom series are in a different league because they aren't portable anymore , and I'll take Sound Quality over Bass all the time because having exaggerated bass doesn't give fun anymore after a few listening Hours. And nowadays Bluetooth speaker companies are competing to produce a small speaker with the deepest bass while Forgetting the fact that the overall Soundquality is more important than just reaching as deep as 20hz which is barely audible anymore outdoors.

Only difference is the bass on stockholm 2.0 is more refined smoother and a few hz deeper. 35-40hz. But I think the bass on the new boombox 3 is superior. Phantom 2 I can hear it well down to 23hz then it rolls off. But I did like the mids and treble on the stockholm 2.0 more. The clarity is unreal. But I like bass. The deeper the better 🤣

Why is the bass and the treble boosted in the Mania? Also the speakers in the Mania are up-firing so they aren't directed at the microphone, where as the Oslo points exaclty to the mic.
Because the Mania sound is quite dull, I adjusted the treble to help, but when actually listening to it, the Oslo sound was more inviting. (Personal opinion)

The vifa sounds super tinny and bright and will get tiring after a long listening period. @@miksumasterjbl8899 Bass is 33% of music, Vifa has better bass (not deaper but more precise, smoother and more natural - objectively better not to mention it plays below 50hz which is more than enough), Vifa also wins in other 66% of sound quality making it a superior product for sound quality in every possible aspect short of spaciousness.
